SHUT THE FRONT DOOR! OUR little podcast?!

YES! And we literally still can’t wrap our heads around this, but the good news is we have a whole month to let this news sink in.

What? Where? When?

Starting today, September 15, 2022, our podcast will be featured in El Vecindario, a curated podcast collection that “seeks to celebrate and recreate that community, highlighting the abundance of Latine shows across the languages we speak and furthering connection.” And it will stay there until October 15, 2022.

How did this even happen?

Good question. Really great question. If you figure it out, please do let us know. From what we gather, it seems like our pals at Apple Podcasts were keeping an eye on our passion project, which of course, is all about our perspective as Latin women who are fans of K-Pop, K-Dramas, etc., and they decided we would be a good addition to their selection of podcasts that they’re highlighting for Hispanic Heritage Month.

So how are we celebrating?

Well, El Vecindario vibe is all about gathering and that small hometown/village feeling where everyone knows each other and each person and household contributes to the community in their own way. We basically got invited to the biggest and baddest carne asada fiesta del barrio, and we’re bringing ALL OF YOU with us! Let’s jump in and celebrate all the fellow podcasters who were selected for this collection by checking out their shows and getting to know what they’re about. And of course, it would help us tremendously if you gave any of your favorite episodes we’ve put out a listen.
